目的：探讨NDRG2蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达，分析其与胃癌患者相关临床病理学特征及生存期的关系。方法免疫组织化学法检测20例正常胃黏膜、40例早期胃癌和40例中晚期胃癌组织中NDRG2蛋白的表达。结果NDRG2蛋白在中晚期胃癌中的表达显著低于早期胃癌和正常胃黏膜组织；NDRG2蛋白表达与年龄、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及生存期相关。结论 NDRG2蛋白在中晚期胃癌组织中低表达，提示其可作为胃癌诊断的一种特异性标志物； NDRG2与胃癌多项临床病理指标相关，提示其可作为胃癌预后的一个重要指标。
목적：탐토NDRG2단백재위암조직중적표체，분석기여위암환자상관림상병이학특정급생존기적관계。방법면역조직화학법검측20례정상위점막、40례조기위암화40례중만기위암조직중NDRG2단백적표체。결과NDRG2단백재중만기위암중적표체현저저우조기위암화정상위점막조직；NDRG2단백표체여년령、림파결전이、종류대소급생존기상관。결론 NDRG2단백재중만기위암조직중저표체，제시기가작위위암진단적일충특이성표지물； NDRG2여위암다항림상병리지표상관，제시기가작위위암예후적일개중요지표。
Objective To explore the expression of NDRG2 protein in tissue of gastric cancer and to evaluate the potential relationship be_tween expression of NDRG2 and clinicopathological features of gastric tumor as well as the duration of survival term. Methods Immunohistochem_ical staining of NDRG2 had been carried out in 20 samples of normal gastric mucosa,40 samples of early gastric cancer tissue and 40 samples from patients with advanced gastric cancer. Results The expression of NDRG2 protein in advanced gastric cancer was significantly lower than that of early gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue. The expression of NDRG2 was significantly correlated with age,metastasis in lymph nodes,size of tumor and duration of survival term. Conclusion The expression of NDRG2 is low in tissue of advanced gastric cancer,thus it suggests that it can be used as a specific diagnostic marker for gastric cancer. The expression of NDRG2 is correlated with various clinicopathological parameters,it can be used as an important indicator of prognosis for patients with gastric cancer.
