目的：讨论布比卡因腰麻应用在临床肛瘘手术治疗过程中的麻醉效果。方法：选取我院2011年1月-2014年1月收治治疗的100例肛瘘患者，随机的把其分成观察组与对照组，其中对照组选择浓度为0.75%的利比卡因腰麻1.5毫升进行治疗，而观察组患者则选择浓度为0.75%的利比卡因腰麻0.6毫升进行治疗。结果：患者经过有效的治疗后，对其临床效果进行观察比较，对照组患者的总有效率为72.0％；而观察组患者的总有效率为94.0％，观察组患者的临床效果明显高于对照组。结论：对于肛瘘患者来说，应用小剂量布比卡因腰麻实施治疗具备着显著的临床效果，其值得广泛的在临床中被推广使用。
목적：토론포비잡인요마응용재림상항루수술치료과정중적마취효과。방법：선취아원2011년1월-2014년1월수치치료적100례항루환자，수궤적파기분성관찰조여대조조，기중대조조선택농도위0.75%적리비잡인요마1.5호승진행치료，이관찰조환자칙선택농도위0.75%적리비잡인요마0.6호승진행치료。결과：환자경과유효적치료후，대기림상효과진행관찰비교，대조조환자적총유효솔위72.0％；이관찰조환자적총유효솔위94.0％，관찰조환자적림상효과명현고우대조조。결론：대우항루환자래설，응용소제량포비잡인요마실시치료구비착현저적림상효과，기치득엄범적재림상중피추엄사용。
Objective:to discuss the anesthetic effect of bu pivacane used in clinical treatment of anal fistula operation in the process of.Methods:100 patients with anal fistula were selected in our hospital in 2011 January-2014 year in January admitted to the treatment,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group selection concentration for 0.75% r o p i v a ca i n e spinal anesthesia Libby 1.5 ml for treatment,while the patients in the observation group was selected 0.75% of the concentration of ropivacaine spinal anesthesia in 0.6 ml of Libby therapy.Results: the patients after effective treatment,carries on the clinical effects were observed and compared.
