目的：调查在本社区普通高中和职业高中心理健康状况，分析比较不同之处，及早对不同高中学生进行相应的心理健康教育。方法：在龙华社区普通高中和职业高中各随机抽取4个班级，用S C L-90共测试238名学生。结果：学生阳性项目数大于45的检出率，普高、职高分别为37.61%、25.62%，两校之间有显著差异；普高在躯体化、强迫、偏执因子和总均分及阳性项目数比职高更高，有显著性差异。结论：普通高中学生的心理健康问题更应得到广泛重视。
목적：조사재본사구보통고중화직업고중심리건강상황，분석비교불동지처，급조대불동고중학생진행상응적심리건강교육。방법：재룡화사구보통고중화직업고중각수궤추취4개반급，용S C L-90공측시238명학생。결과：학생양성항목수대우45적검출솔，보고、직고분별위37.61%、25.62%，량교지간유현저차이；보고재구체화、강박、편집인자화총균분급양성항목수비직고경고，유현저성차이。결론：보통고중학생적심리건강문제경응득도엄범중시。
Objective: to investigate the psychologicaly health status of the students among general high schools and vocational high schools in the community; to analyze and compare the difference, in order to conduct corresponding mental health education to different high school students as soon as possible. Methods: 4 classes were randomly selected in each school between general high schools and vocational high schools in Longhua community, and a total of 238 students were tested by SCL-90. Results: to the students whose number of positive items more than 45 detection rate, general high schools and vocational high schools were 37.61% and 25.62%, which is a significant difference between two schools; in terms of the total average of somatization, compulsion and paranoia factors, as wel as the number of positive items, general high schools are higher than vocational high schools, which is significantly different. Conclusion: the psychologicaly health problems of the students in general high schools should receive widespread attention.
