目的：探讨慢性心力衰竭患者检测同型半胱氨酸的临床价值，辅助临床的诊断和治疗。方法：选择2013年4月至2014年3月确诊为慢性心力衰竭的73例患者设为试验组，选择70例同期健康体检人员设为对比组，均检测同型半胱氨酸浓度水平，综合分析结果。结果：试验组患者的同型半胱氨酸浓度水平均明显高于对比组，差异具有统计学意义(p＜0.05)；验组患者检测同型半胱氨酸的灵敏度和特异性分别为86.30%和97.14%；以临床诊断为最终金标准，同型半胱氨酸检测结果与临床诊断结果Kappa值为0.94。结论：同型半胱氨酸具有较高的灵敏度和特异性，且与临床诊断结果的符合性较高，对辅助诊断慢性心力衰竭疾病具有积极的临床价值，有利于降低漏诊率和误诊率。
목적：탐토만성심력쇠갈환자검측동형반광안산적림상개치，보조림상적진단화치료。방법：선택2013년4월지2014년3월학진위만성심력쇠갈적73례환자설위시험조，선택70례동기건강체검인원설위대비조，균검측동형반광안산농도수평，종합분석결과。결과：시험조환자적동형반광안산농도수평균명현고우대비조，차이구유통계학의의(p＜0.05)；험조환자검측동형반광안산적령민도화특이성분별위86.30%화97.14%；이림상진단위최종금표준，동형반광안산검측결과여림상진단결과Kappa치위0.94。결론：동형반광안산구유교고적령민도화특이성，차여림상진단결과적부합성교고，대보조진단만성심력쇠갈질병구유적겁적림상개치，유리우강저루진솔화오진솔。
objective:To explore the clinical significance of the Chronic Heart Failure diagnosis by the Homocysteine testing, and assistting clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Choosing 73 cases of patients with Chronic Heart Failure for the study group and 70 cases healthy check-up for the control group, testing the Homocysteine, analyze the results comprehensively. Results: There were significantly higher of the study group of the Homocysteine results(p<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of the Homocysteine was 86.30% and 97.14% . With clinical diagnosis as the gold standard, the Kappa was 0.83. Conclusion: There is the high sensitivity and specificity for the Homocysteine, and even high compliance of the results of the clinical diagnosis, which has positive clinical value for the clinical significance of the Chronic Heart Failure diagnosis, and there is helpful to decrease the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate.
