目的：观察及研究盆腔炎患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（ GM-CSF）、前炎因子及血液流变学的变化情况。方法选取2011年12月至2013年12月收治的58例盆腔炎患者为观察组，并以同期的58名健康同龄妇女为对照组，然后比较对照组和观察组的血清MCP-1、CRP、GM-CSF、前炎因子及血液流变学指标，并比较观察组中急性和慢性、不同严重程度者的检测水平。结果观察组的血清MCP-1、CRP、GM-CSF、前炎因子及血液流变学指标均高于对照组，且重度盆腔炎患者高于轻度与中度盆腔炎，中度盆腔炎则高于轻度盆腔炎，而急性盆腔炎患者仅血清前炎因子及CRP高于慢性盆腔炎患者，差异均有显著性（ P均＜0.05）。结论盆腔炎患者血清MCP-1、CRP、GM-CSF、前炎因子及血液流变学均呈现较高的状态，并且轻度、中度及重度患者之间存在明显的差异。
목적：관찰급연구분강염환자혈청단핵세포추화단백-1（MCP-1）、C반응단백（CRP）、립세포-거서세포집락자격인자（ GM-CSF）、전염인자급혈액류변학적변화정황。방법선취2011년12월지2013년12월수치적58례분강염환자위관찰조，병이동기적58명건강동령부녀위대조조，연후비교대조조화관찰조적혈청MCP-1、CRP、GM-CSF、전염인자급혈액류변학지표，병비교관찰조중급성화만성、불동엄중정도자적검측수평。결과관찰조적혈청MCP-1、CRP、GM-CSF、전염인자급혈액류변학지표균고우대조조，차중도분강염환자고우경도여중도분강염，중도분강염칙고우경도분강염，이급성분강염환자부혈청전염인자급CRP고우만성분강염환자，차이균유현저성（ P균＜0.05）。결론분강염환자혈청MCP-1、CRP、GM-CSF、전염인자급혈액류변학균정현교고적상태，병차경도、중도급중도환자지간존재명현적차이。
Objective To observe and study the change state of serum MCP-1,CRP,GM-CSF,proinflammatory factors and hemorheol-ogy of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 58 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected as observation group,58 healthy women with same age at the same period were selected as control group,then the se-rum MCP-1,CRP,GM-CSF,proinflammatory factors and hemorheology of control group and observation group were compared,and the detec-tion levels of observation group with acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,mild,moderate and severe pelvic inflammatory disease were compared too. Results The serum MCP-1,CRP,GM-CSF,proinflammatory factors and hemorheology of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the detection levels of patients with severe pelvic inflammatory disease were higher than those of mild and moderate pel-vic inflammatory disease,the detection levels of patients with moderate pelvic inflammatory disease were higher than those of mild pelvic inflamma-tory disease,while the serum proinflammatory factors and CRP of patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease were only higher than those of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. There were all significant differences(all P <0. 05). Conclusion The serum MCP-1,CRP,GM-CSF, proinflammatory factors and hemorheology of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease show higher state,and the detection levels of patients with mild,moderate and severe pelvic inflammatory disease have obvious differences.
