目的：探讨血浆纤维蛋白单体（FM）和 D-二聚体（D-D）在老年恶性肿瘤患者中的诊断及临床应用。方法采用免疫比浊法分别定量测定了29例老年恶性肿瘤患者、20例非老年恶性肿瘤患者、24例老年健康者、30例非老年健康体检者的 FM 和D-D。结果肿瘤患者的 FM 和 D-D 的检测结果较健康体检者明显增高（P ＜0.05）。老年恶性肿瘤患者与非老年恶性肿瘤患者之间 FM 和 D-D 差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。老年健康体检者的 FM 和非老年健康体检者的 FM 比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。但是老年健康体检者和非老年健康体检者的 D-D 差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 FM 和 D-D 都可以作为肿瘤患者诊断肿瘤性血栓的指标。D-D 对老年恶性肿瘤患者诊断肿瘤性血栓是没有意义的，在诊断老年恶性肿瘤患者肿瘤性血栓时，须联合 FM 和 D-D。
목적：탐토혈장섬유단백단체（FM）화 D-이취체（D-D）재노년악성종류환자중적진단급림상응용。방법채용면역비탁법분별정량측정료29례노년악성종류환자、20례비노년악성종류환자、24례노년건강자、30례비노년건강체검자적 FM 화D-D。결과종류환자적 FM 화 D-D 적검측결과교건강체검자명현증고（P ＜0.05）。노년악성종류환자여비노년악성종류환자지간 FM 화 D-D 차이무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）。노년건강체검자적 FM 화비노년건강체검자적 FM 비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。단시노년건강체검자화비노년건강체검자적 D-D 차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론 FM 화 D-D 도가이작위종류환자진단종류성혈전적지표。D-D 대노년악성종류환자진단종류성혈전시몰유의의적，재진단노년악성종류환자종류성혈전시，수연합 FM 화 D-D。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and clinical application of fibrin monomer(FM)and D-dimer(D-D)in gerontal pa-tients with malignancy tumor.Methods FM and D-D were detected in 29 gerontal patients with malignant tumor,20 gerontal pa-tients with non-malignant tumor,24 gerontal healthy controls and 30 non-gerontal healthy controls by immunoturbidimetry(ITM). Results The testing results of FM and D-D in the tumor patients were significantly higher than those in the healthy controls(P <0.05).There was no statistical difference in FM and D-D between the gerontal patients with malignant tumor and the gerontal pa-tients with non malignant tumor(P >0.05).There was no statistical difference in FM between the gerontal healthy examination and non-gerontal healthy examination(P >0.05).There was statistical difference in D-D between the gerontal healthy examination and non-gerontal healthy examination (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion FM and D-D could be used as the indicators for diagnosing tumor thrombus in gerontal patients with tumor.However,D-D has meaningless in diagnosing tumor thrombus.In the diagnosis of tumor thrombus in gerontal patients with malignant tumor,the combination of FM and D-D should be needed.
