在分别阐述交互记忆系统基本概念、概述科研团队工作特征的基础上，结合高校科研团队知识产出的行为特点和学生参加团队工作的特点对若干影响交互记忆系统与团队绩效关系的调节变量进行分析研究，并据此提出改善高校科研团队工作的建议。
在分彆闡述交互記憶繫統基本概唸、概述科研糰隊工作特徵的基礎上，結閤高校科研糰隊知識產齣的行為特點和學生參加糰隊工作的特點對若榦影響交互記憶繫統與糰隊績效關繫的調節變量進行分析研究，併據此提齣改善高校科研糰隊工作的建議。

Based on elaborating the basic concept of the interactive memory system and outlining the work characteristic of the scientific research teams respectively,in this paper some regulation variables influencing the relation between the inter-active memory system and the team performance are studied combined with the knowledge output characteristics of the sci-entific research teams in colleges &universities and the ones of the students participating in team work. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the work of the scientific research teams in colleges &universities.
