高职院校教师绩效考核目前还处于探索阶段,要构建适合高职院校教师特点的绩效考核指标体系,就需要吸收国内外关于绩效考核理论及实践研究成果,把握好绩效考核指标体系设计的科学性、系统全面性、导向性和公正公平性。从教学工作量、日常规范、服务对象评价、科研工作量、群众评议和非教学工作量六个方面构建高职教师绩效考核指标体系,并在实践中灵活运用,为建设一流的高职院校提供有效的机制支撑。

Performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges is still at the initial stage. To construct a performance appraisal system applicable to higher vocational colleges, related research findings home and abroad should be carefully studied and their designing principles needs to be fully understood. Furthermore, these theories should be put into practice and improved constantly, thus ensuring a sound and effective support mechanism to build a first-class vocational college.
