“教学做一体化”的教学模式对高职校内实训提出了更高要求,生产性实训基地提供真实的工作环境,完整的实训过程,生产出产品,实现教学做的统一。建立实施企业生产性实训基地的运行机制,必须依托互惠共赢的校企共担人才培养机制的建立、市场导向的校企合作利益驱动机制的建立和校企联通双师培养工作机制的建立。
