目的:探讨基于CISS分型的进展性卒中与不同危险因素的相关性。方法回顾性分析2011—2014年来该院接受治疗的40例急性缺血性进展性卒中患者的临床资料,按照CISS分型法对其进行分型,观察其不同分型与不同危险因素的相关性。结果按照CISS分型法这40例病人分为3型,其中与心源性脑卒中型呈正相关的危险因素为房颤(B=1.39以及冠心病(B=2.13),吸烟(B=1.41);与穿支动脉疾病性脑卒中型呈正相关的危险因素为高血压(B=1.13),血脂异常(B=1.31),吸烟(B=1.45);与大动脉粥样硬化型脑卒中呈正相关的危险因素为:血脂异常(B=1.29),吸烟(B=1.43)。结论与脑卒中发生发展相关的主要危险因素为房颤、冠心病、高血压、血脂异常以及吸烟。

목적:탐토기우CISS분형적진전성졸중여불동위험인소적상관성。방법회고성분석2011—2014년래해원접수치료적40례급성결혈성진전성졸중환자적림상자료,안조CISS분형법대기진행분형,관찰기불동분형여불동위험인소적상관성。결과안조CISS분형법저40례병인분위3형,기중여심원성뇌졸중형정정상관적위험인소위방전(B=1.39이급관심병(B=2.13),흡연(B=1.41);여천지동맥질병성뇌졸중형정정상관적위험인소위고혈압(B=1.13),혈지이상(B=1.31),흡연(B=1.45);여대동맥죽양경화형뇌졸중정정상관적위험인소위:혈지이상(B=1.29),흡연(B=1.43)。결론여뇌졸중발생발전상관적주요위험인소위방전、관심병、고혈압、혈지이상이급흡연。
Objective To investigate the correlation between progressive stroke and different risk factors based on CISS type method. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases with acute progressive stroke treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2014 were ana-lyzed retrospectively and classified by CISS type method for observing the correlation between different types and different risk factors. Results In accordance with CISS type method, the 40 patients were divided into 3 types. The risk factors positively corre-lated with cardiogenic stroke were atrial fibrillation (B=1.39), and coronary heart disease (B=2.13), smoking (B=1.41);those pos-itively correlated with perforator artery disease stroke were hypertension (B=1.13), dyslipidemia(B=1.31), smoking (B=1.45); those positively correlated with large artery atherosclerotic stroke were dyslipidemia (B=1.29), smoking (B=1.43). Conclusion The main risk factors associated with the development of stroke are atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and smoking.
