在建立后栏板举升机构虚拟样机的基础上,利用ADAMS软件对车用后栏板举升机构进行了运动和动力仿真;得到了后栏板举升机构在运动过程中栏板中心点的坐标变化规律和速度时间曲线,并给出了描述栏板中心点坐标变化和速度时间规律的经验公式,为分析此类机构的运动提供了简便方法。

The virtual prototype model was established in ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems) code, and the kinematics of vehicle tail lifting mechanism was simulated. The coordinate-time and speed-time curve of central point of the tail plate were obtained. The empirical formulas, which are polynomial function form, were provided to describe the kinematic of central point of the tail plate. These formulas supply a simple and convenient method to analyze the behavior of such mechanism.
