目的：探讨痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）术后高锰酸钾溶液（1∶3000）保留灌肠的临床价值。方法对2012年3月—2014年3月符合条件需要行PPH者200例随机分为高锰酸钾溶液组（100例）和九华痔疮栓组（100例），比较两组对PPH术后并发症的治疗效果。结果两组术后5d、1个月并发症患病率比较，研究组肛门坠胀4例、便血3例、疼痛3例、水肿3例，对照组肛门坠胀19例、便血10例、疼痛11例、水肿10例，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组住院时间及治疗费用比较，研究组治疗费用（5.50±0.50）元，住院时间（5±0.51）d，对照组治疗费用（150.50±30.50）元，住院时间（7±0.55）d，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）术后高锰酸钾溶液（1∶3000）保留灌肠具有疗效确切，使用方便，治疗费用低的优点。
목적：탐토치상점막배절술（PPH）술후고맹산갑용액（1∶3000）보류관장적림상개치。방법대2012년3월—2014년3월부합조건수요행PPH자200례수궤분위고맹산갑용액조（100례）화구화치창전조（100례），비교량조대PPH술후병발증적치료효과。결과량조술후5d、1개월병발증환병솔비교，연구조항문추창4례、편혈3례、동통3례、수종3례，대조조항문추창19례、편혈10례、동통11례、수종10례，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；량조주원시간급치료비용비교，연구조치료비용（5.50±0.50）원，주원시간（5±0.51）d，대조조치료비용（150.50±30.50）원，주원시간（7±0.55）d，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론치상점막배절술（PPH）술후고맹산갑용액（1∶3000）보류관장구유료효학절，사용방편，치료비용저적우점。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the retention-enema of the potassium permanganate solution (1:3000) for the postoperation of procedure for proplase and hemorrhoids (PPH). Methods 200 patients met the conditions and needed to undergo PPH from March 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into the potassium permanganate solution group (100 cases) and Jiuhua Hemorrhoids Suppository group (100 cases). The treatment effect on PPH postoperative complications was compared between the two groups. Results 5 days, 1 month after the operation, in the study group, there were 4 cases with anal pendant expansion, 3 cases with hematochezia, 3 cases with pain, 3 cases with edema, and in the control group, there were 19 cases with anal pendant expansion, 10 cases with hematochezia, 11 cases with pain, 10 cases with edema, the differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The cost of the treatment and length of stay of the study group was (5.50±0.50) yuan, (5±0.51) d, respectively, while that of the control group was (150.50±30.50) yuan, (7±0.55) d, respectively, the differences in the cost of the treatment and length of stay between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion The retention-enema of potassium permanganate solution (1:3000) after the operation of procedure for polapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) has the advantages of definite effect, low cost of treatment and convenient use.
