目的：探讨耳鼻喉科住院患者术后感染的危险因素。方法选取2012年8月1日—2013年7月31日耳鼻喉科住院患者939例为调查对象，回顾性分析患者的临床资料，单因素及多因素分析术后感染的危险因素。结果耳鼻喉科住院患者术后感染率为7.24%，以呼吸系统感染为主。年龄、性别、手术持续时间、易感因素、术前住院天数、术后住院天数、手术切口分类与耳鼻喉科住院患者术后感染有关（P<0.05）。主要危险因素为易感因素、术后住院天数、术前住院天数、手术持续时间。结论应控制好易感因素，缩短住院天数及手术持续时间，以预防耳鼻喉科住院患者术后感染。
목적：탐토이비후과주원환자술후감염적위험인소。방법선취2012년8월1일—2013년7월31일이비후과주원환자939례위조사대상，회고성분석환자적림상자료，단인소급다인소분석술후감염적위험인소。결과이비후과주원환자술후감염솔위7.24%，이호흡계통감염위주。년령、성별、수술지속시간、역감인소、술전주원천수、술후주원천수、수술절구분류여이비후과주원환자술후감염유관（P<0.05）。주요위험인소위역감인소、술후주원천수、술전주원천수、수술지속시간。결론응공제호역감인소，축단주원천수급수술지속시간，이예방이비후과주원환자술후감염。
Objective To investigate the risk factors related to postoperative infection of inpatients in department of ENT. Meth-ods 939 inpatients in department of ENT from August 1st, 2012 to July 31st, 2013 were selected as the respondents. The clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively, and the risk factors of postoperative infection were analyzed univariately and multivariately. Results The postoperative infection rate of inpatients in department of ENT was 7.24%.The main infection site was respiratory system. Age, sex, duration of surgery, predisposing factors, preoperative hospital days, postoperative hospital days and classification of incision were correlated with postoperative infection of inpatients in department of ENT (P<0.05). The main risk factors were predisposing factors, postoperative hospital days, preoperative hospital days and duration of surgery.Conclusion In or-der to prevent postoperative infection of inpatients in department of ENT, we should control predisposing factors, shorten hospital days and duration of surgery.
