目的:探讨Care KV技术于胸部低剂量CT体检中的价值。方法100例胸部健康体检者分成两组:A组采用常规胸部低剂量CT扫描方案,固定管电压120 kV,B组采用 Care kV技术,参考管电压120 kV,其他扫描条件两组一致:采用管电流自动调节技术,参考管电流50 mAs。扫描后分别用客观和主观图像质量指标综合评价两组图像的质量,并记录CTDIvol、DLP,计算ED,然后进行统计学分析。结果 AB组图像质量比较差异无统计学意义;AB两组受检者吸收有效剂量分别为(1.18±0.29)mSv和(0.82±0.24)mSv ,B组较A组分别降低了30.5%。结论 CareKV技术在胸部CT扫描中可在保正图像质量不变的情况下降低辐射剂量。

Objective To study the value of Care KV technology in the thorax low dose CT examination. Methods 100 cases underwent chest physical examination were divided into two groups:A group was treated with routine thorax low dose CT scanning scheme, fixed tube voltage 120 kV, B group was treated with Care KV technology, reference voltage 120 kV. The other scanning conditions of the two groups were consistent: adopting tube current automatic control technology, the reference tube current 50mAs. After the scanning, the quality of two groups of images was evaluated by objective and subjective image quality indexes comprehensively, and CTDIvol and DLP were recorded, ED was counted, and then were statistically analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in image quality between A group and B group;the absorbed effective dose of A group and B group was (1.18 ± 0.29) mSv, (0.82 ± 0.24) mSv, respectively, the absorbed effective dose of B group decreased by 30.5%compared with that of A group, respectively. Conclusion Care KV technology in the thorax CT scan can reduce the radiation dose under the condition of ensuring the image quality unchanged.
