目的：探讨耳内镜下清理及局部涂擦派瑞松治疗外耳道真菌病的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院2011年3月至2013年2月采用耳内镜下清理及局部涂擦派瑞松治疗106例外耳道真菌病患者的临床资料。结果随访6个月~1年，治愈51例，好转52例，无效3例，总有效率为97.2%。结论耳内镜下彻底清理外耳道病灶及局部涂擦派瑞松治疗外耳道真菌病，疗效显著，方法简单，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토이내경하청리급국부도찰파서송치료외이도진균병적림상료효。방법회고분석아원2011년3월지2013년2월채용이내경하청리급국부도찰파서송치료106예외이도진균병환자적림상자료。결과수방6개월~1년，치유51례，호전52례，무효3례，총유효솔위97.2%。결론이내경하철저청리외이도병조급국부도찰파서송치료외이도진균병，료효현저，방법간단，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pevisone, combined with clean-up treatment un-der otoendoscope on otomycosis externa. Methods The clinical data of 106 cases (from March 2011 to Febru-ary 2013) of otomycosis externa with Pevisone combined with clean-up under otoendoscope were retrospectively analyzed. Results The follow-up lasted for 6 to 12 months, with 51 fully recovered cases,52 improved cases and 3 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 97.2%. Conclusion Pevisone combined with clean-up under otoendo-scope for otomycosis externa is significantly effective, and is thus worth a wide application.
