三阴性乳腺癌(Triple-negative breast cancer，TNBC)指雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)均为阴性的一类乳腺癌，其相对于其他类型乳腺癌恶性程度高、进展快、侵袭性强，更易复发和转移。目前国内外对其治疗没有推荐的标准治疗方案，临床上主要是给予其辅助化疗。目前，分子靶向治疗作为一种新的治疗方式得到了应用和认可。本文主要就TNBC的分子靶向治疗现状及进展做一综述。

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a type of breast cancer, which is defined by the lack of es-trogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) expression. It has high degree of malignancy, fast progression, highly invasive, and is more likely to relapse and metastasis. There are not standard treatment options of triple negative cancer at home and abroad so far. Clinically, it is mainly to be giv-en adjuvant chemotherapy. At present, as a new therapeutic approach, molecular targeted therapy has been applied and recognized. This review focuses on the status and progress of TNBC molecular targeted therapy.
