目的：调查铜仁市主城区幽门螺旋杆菌感染情况并分析相关的危险因素。方法随机选择铜仁主城区500名16～65岁市民进行体检和问卷调查，c14呼气检测仪检测 Hp 感染，并调查研究对象的包括年龄、身高、体重、血压以及生活习惯等。结果随着年龄的增长，Hp 感染率亦升高。BMi 小于18、18～25和大于25的 Hp 感染率分别为37.9%、52.5%和65.6%。吸烟和不吸烟者的 Hp 感染率分别为66.7%和44.1%；饮酒和不饮酒的 Hp 感染率分别为74.9%和53.5%。低血压、标准血压和高血压的 Hp 感染率分别为50.5%、55.4%和58.8%。结论幽门螺旋杆菌感染和年龄、BMi 以及烟酒史存在关联，血压和 Hp 感染率需要进一步观察。
목적：조사동인시주성구유문라선간균감염정황병분석상관적위험인소。방법수궤선택동인주성구500명16～65세시민진행체검화문권조사，c14호기검측의검측 Hp 감염，병조사연구대상적포괄년령、신고、체중、혈압이급생활습관등。결과수착년령적증장，Hp 감염솔역승고。BMi 소우18、18～25화대우25적 Hp 감염솔분별위37.9%、52.5%화65.6%。흡연화불흡연자적 Hp 감염솔분별위66.7%화44.1%；음주화불음주적 Hp 감염솔분별위74.9%화53.5%。저혈압、표준혈압화고혈압적 Hp 감염솔분별위50.5%、55.4%화58.8%。결론유문라선간균감염화년령、BMi 이급연주사존재관련，혈압화 Hp 감염솔수요진일보관찰。
Objective to investigate the main city of tongren H. pylori infection and analysis of relevant risk factors. Methods the main city of tongren randomly selected 500 people from 16 to 65 years of medical examinations and questionnaires, c14 breath detector test Hp infection, and to investigate the study included age, height, weight, blood pressure, and living habits. Results With age, Hp infection also increased. BMi less than 18, 18 to 25 and greater than 25 Hp infection rates were 37.9%, 52.5% and 65.6%. smokers and non-smokers Hp infection rates were 66.7% and 44.1%; drinking and not drinking Hp infection rates were 74.9% and 53.5%. Hypotension, standard blood pressure and hypertension Hp infection rates were 50.5%, 55.4% and 58.8%. Conclusion the association of H. pylori infection and age, BMi, and history of smoking, blood pressure, and Hp infection requires further observation.
