目的:机械辅助排痰技术在大容量双肺同期灌洗治疗煤工尘肺中的应用价值。方法大容量双肺同期灌洗治疗(Wll)煤工尘肺患者80例,对照组40例行大容量双肺同期灌洗治疗,术后予以预防感染,止咳,化痰,吸氧等常规治疗,治疗组40例行大容量双肺同期灌洗治疗。除上述常规治疗外,加用机械辅助排痰技术,比较两组术后肺部灌洗液残余量吸收情况及术后临床症状综合评分变化。结果治疗组与对照组相比,治疗组患者术后灌洗液残余量吸收明显快于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状改善也较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论机械辅助排痰技术联合大容量双肺同期灌洗治疗煤工尘肺,能提高灌洗效果,加快术后恢复。
