目的：就鼻塞式CPAP治疗早期新生儿肺透明膜病进行探讨。方法选择该院2012年1月—2013年12月所收治的100例新生儿肺透明膜病患者为研究对象，随机分成两组，每组50例，分别是对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规治疗方式，而实验组在对照组基础上采用鼻塞式CPAP治疗。结果实验组有效46例（92%），无效4例（8%），有效率为92%；而对照组有效37例（74%），无效13例（26%），有效率为74%；两组患者的有效率具有较为明显的差异，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论鼻塞式CPAP治疗早期新生儿肺透明膜病疗效较佳，能够大幅度提高患儿存活率，改善NHMD症状，治愈率高，值得推广应用。
목적：취비새식CPAP치료조기신생인폐투명막병진행탐토。방법선택해원2012년1월—2013년12월소수치적100례신생인폐투명막병환자위연구대상，수궤분성량조，매조50례，분별시대조조화실험조。대조조채용상규치료방식，이실험조재대조조기출상채용비새식CPAP치료。결과실험조유효46례（92%），무효4례（8%），유효솔위92%；이대조조유효37례（74%），무효13례（26%），유효솔위74%；량조환자적유효솔구유교위명현적차이，차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론비새식CPAP치료조기신생인폐투명막병료효교가，능구대폭도제고환인존활솔，개선NHMD증상，치유솔고，치득추엄응용。
Objective To observe the effect of nasal CPAP in the treatment of early neonatal hyaline membrane disease. Methods 100 newborns with hyaline membrane disease admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, with 50 cases in each. The control group was treated by the conventional treatment, and the experimental group was treated by nasal CPAP based on the treatment given to the control group. Results In the experimental group, the treatment was effective in 46 cases (92%), ineffective in 4 cases (8%), the effective rate was 92%; in the control group, the treatment was effective in 37 cases(74%), ineffective in 13 cases(26%), the effective rate was 74%; the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Nasal CPAP has good effect on early neonatal hyaline membrane disease, which can significantly improve the survival rate of the children and the NHMD symptoms with high cure rate, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
