目的：统计我院抗菌药物的不良反应发生的特点，促进合理用药。方法对64例上报的adr 从患者年龄、药品种类、临床表现进行回顾性统计分析。结论以老年患者居多；临床表现以皮疹和瘙痒居多，均为静脉滴注。结论，加强抗菌药物的不良反应监测，实行个体化给药，减少不良反应的发生。
目的：統計我院抗菌藥物的不良反應髮生的特點，促進閤理用藥。方法對64例上報的adr 從患者年齡、藥品種類、臨床錶現進行迴顧性統計分析。結論以老年患者居多；臨床錶現以皮疹和瘙癢居多，均為靜脈滴註。結論，加彊抗菌藥物的不良反應鑑測，實行箇體化給藥，減少不良反應的髮生。
목적：통계아원항균약물적불량반응발생적특점，촉진합리용약。방법대64례상보적adr 종환자년령、약품충류、림상표현진행회고성통계분석。결론이노년환자거다；림상표현이피진화소양거다，균위정맥적주。결론，가강항균약물적불량반응감측，실행개체화급약，감소불량반응적발생。
Objective to explore the characteristics of adverse reactions in antimicrobial drugs use in our hospital, in order to promote rational drug use. Methods the reported adr of 64 cases were retrospectively analyzed from age, drug type, the clinical manifestations. Results it mainly occurred in the elderly patients, and the clinical manifestations were rash and itching. the administration manner was intravenous drip. Conclusions strengthening the monitoring of adverse reactions of antimicrobial drugs and implementing individualized dosing were needed to be performed to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
