国内外的研究者认为,拖延不利于学习任务的按时完成,为此有必要进行关注与重视。本研究以大学生为研究主体,探讨大学生的拖延状况及其与自我概念的深层关系。运用Spss16.0对调查数据进行统计分析,我们发现:首先,大学生的拖延水平总体较高,拖延现象普遍存在。其次,大学生自我概念发展水平一般,各因子发展较为不均衡。自我认同的发展水平较高,但是自我约束能力交叉,行动力弱。再次,大学生的拖延行为和自我概念之间呈负相关关系,并且能通过自我概念对拖延行为进行较为有效的预测。

Domestic and foreign researchers believe that the delay is not conducive to learning tasks completed on time;therefore there is a need for concern and attention. This study selected the Tianjin Institute of Physical Education, student workers, Tianjin Medical University, two institutions 204 people for the study, examining the relationship between procras-tination and self-concept. Use Spss16.0 statistical analysis of survey data, we found that:first, the overall high level of college students procrastinate and delay widespread. Secondly, the level of self-concept development of college students is in general, the factors to develop are more uneven. A higher level of development of self-identity, self-discipline, but the cross, action is weak. Again, was the delay between the behavior of college students and a negative correlation between self-concept and self-concept of procrastination can be more effective to predict.
