高职高专教育与普通高等教育不同，它是以就业为导向，以能力为本位的大众教育。实验教学作为高职高专教育的一大特色，学生对实践性环节的学习兴趣明显高于理论课程的学习，因此，加强实验教学模式探究，是提高教学效果的重要途径。在网络技术的高速发展下，微课作为一种新兴的在线教学模式正在逐步得以推广和应用，本文以“高效液相色谱法”实验课程为例，结合参加首届全国高校微课教学比赛的经验，探讨微课模式在实验教学中的应用前景。
