当前高职院校学生的就业观念发生了巨大的变化，不良的思想会误导学生的就业观念，从而影响其职业观，造成就业危机。本文主要阐述了高职院校职业观中存在的问题，并详细分析了思想政治教育对于学生职业观形成的重要性，最后提出了职业观的培养途径，旨在通过思想政治教育工作引导学生正确职业观的形成。

The current concept of employment of students in higher vocational colleges has undergone tremendous changes;bad thoughts will mislead the concept of employment of students, thus affecting their career outlook, resulting in the employment crisis. This paper describes the problems in vocational college employment concept, and a detailed analysis of the importance of the ideological and political education for students in vocational concept formation, and concludes with a vocational training pathway concept, designed to guide students' career outlook through the ideological and political education.
