近年来，科研在全国各大医学院校及各类医院工作中所占的分量越来越重，但是我国医学院校对本科生的科研培养与欧美以及毗邻的日本有着不小的差距。调查显示，受访的大多数教师及学生也对目前本科生的科研能力培养的现状不认可。通过对比国外的医学生科研的培养，对我国医学院校本科生科研培养的工作提出意见和建议。

In recent years, scientific research has played more and more important role in all medical colleges or hospitals throughout the whole country. However, there still exists big gap in the scientific strength among undergraduates between China and neighboring country Japan or European countries. According to some survey, most of respondent among most tea-chers and students are not satisfied with the training level of the scientific research toward undergraduates. Compared with the situation of the training level of scientific research overseas, some suggestions and ideas will be discussed in the area of development of scientific research toward undergraduate in China.
