陕西民办高校的蓬勃发展，不仅带来了很多机遇，更带来了很多竞争。陕西民办高校如何发掘自己的核心竞争力，在日趋激烈的竞争中胜出这是一个值得深思的问题。本文分析了陕西民办高校的发展现状及存在的问题。依据核心竞争力这一理论，关于如何培养自己的核心竞争力给出了相应的策略和建议，指出陕西民办高校应该明确办学定位，树立科学的办学理念，发展本校的“软硬实力”，突出自己的专业特色。

Private universities in Shaanxi flourish, not only brought a lot of opportunities, but also brought a lot of competition. How Shaanxi Private Colleges explore their core competitiveness, to win in the increasingly fierce competition it is a question worth pondering. This paper analyzes the development of private colleges and universities in Shaanxi and problems. Based on core com-petence theory on how to develop their own core competencies gives the corresponding strategies and recommendations should be clearly pointed out that private colleges and universities in Shaanxi orientation establish the scientific concept of the school, the de-velopment of the university's"hard and soft power", highlighting their professional characteristics.
