Currently, the application and development of multimedia video teaching platform is still in the exploration, especially the micro-video teaching platform is just in its infancy, the research and development of a set of micro-video multimedia teach?ing system which can be adapted in all the universities has great practical value. Through this micro-video teaching system, teach?er can make live recording and publishing every of his courses, and so can every part of the micro video of every teacher ’s every course.Via the integration of resources, we can establish a large open micro video teaching resource library which covers many different subjects and majors, and the content of each subjects and majors should be divided into several chapters and sections clearly. What’s more the video resources of subjects and majors can be uploaded and published by the network platform, thus students can browse and watch the teaching micro-video any time, and the network platform can also support all network learn?ers learning anytime anywhere, so finally establish a real sense online learning video teaching platform which include mass micro video.
