目的：探究心理护理在突发性耳聋治疗中的作用。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年1月-2014年1月收治的80例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组给予药物治疗和健康教育，观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理干预。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的听力变化。结果：经治疗和护理后，观察组的听力治疗总有效率95.0%(38/40)明显高于对照组的77.5%(31/40)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.1647，P=0.0231)。两组治疗后的听力均明显优于治疗前，且观察组的听力明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：突发性耳聋患者在药物治疗的基础上采取心理护理，能够改善患者情绪，提高患者听力及治愈率，在突发性耳聋治疗中具有重要作用。

목적：탐구심리호리재돌발성이롱치료중적작용。방법：선취필자소재의원2013년1월-2014년1월수치적80례돌발성이롱환자작위연구대상，안조수궤수자표법장기분위대조조화관찰조각40례，대조조급여약물치료화건강교육，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여심리호리간예。관찰비교량조환자적치료효과급치료전후적은력변화。결과：경치료화호리후，관찰조적은력치료총유효솔95.0%(38/40)명현고우대조조적77.5%(31/40)，차이유통계학의의(χ2=5.1647，P=0.0231)。량조치료후적은력균명현우우치료전，차관찰조적은력명현우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：돌발성이롱환자재약물치료적기출상채취심리호리，능구개선환자정서，제고환자은력급치유솔，재돌발성이롱치료중구유중요작용。
Objective:To research the effect of psychological nursing in the treatment of sudden deafness.Method:80 sudden deafness patients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given drug treatment and health education,the observation group was given psychology nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and hearing changes before and after treatment between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment and hearing,the hearing treatment total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%(38/40),it was significantly higher than 77.5%(31/40) of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.1647,P=0.0231).The hearing of two groups after treatment were significantly better than before treatment,and the hearing of observation group was significantly better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with sudden deafness adopting psychological nursing on the basis of drug treatment,can improve the mood,hearing and the cure rate of patients,so it plays an important role in the treatment of sudden deafness.
