目的：观察第三次剖宫产手术对产妇及新生儿的影响。方法：选取在笔者所在医院行第三次剖宫产手术的31例产妇作为观察组，将同期行第二次剖宫产手术的98例产妇作为对照组，观察比较两组产妇的手术时间、胎儿取出时间、出血量、早产情况、盆腔粘连情况、子宫下段厚度、新生儿窒息、子宫切除率、膀胱损伤、产后出血及晚期产后出血等指标的差异。结果：观察组的手术时间、胎儿取出时间均明显长于对照组，子宫下段厚度明显薄于对照组，术中出血量明显多于对照组，盆腔粘连、产后出血、晚期产后出血发生率、子宫切除率、膀胱损伤发生率、早产和新生儿窒息发生率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：第三次剖宫产术手术时间长、术中出血多，且多次剖宫产严重影响母亲及婴儿预后，医生在临床上应严格掌握剖宫产适应证以减少剖宫产次数。

목적：관찰제삼차부궁산수술대산부급신생인적영향。방법：선취재필자소재의원행제삼차부궁산수술적31례산부작위관찰조，장동기행제이차부궁산수술적98례산부작위대조조，관찰비교량조산부적수술시간、태인취출시간、출혈량、조산정황、분강점련정황、자궁하단후도、신생인질식、자궁절제솔、방광손상、산후출혈급만기산후출혈등지표적차이。결과：관찰조적수술시간、태인취출시간균명현장우대조조，자궁하단후도명현박우대조조，술중출혈량명현다우대조조，분강점련、산후출혈、만기산후출혈발생솔、자궁절제솔、방광손상발생솔、조산화신생인질식발생솔균명현고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：제삼차부궁산술수술시간장、술중출혈다，차다차부궁산엄중영향모친급영인예후，의생재림상상응엄격장악부궁산괄응증이감소부궁산차수。
Objective:To observe the influence of maternal and neonatal outcomes in the third cesarean delivery.Method:31 maternal who underwent the third cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the observation group,98 maternal who underwent the second cesarean section during the same period were selected as the control group.The operation time,the fetus out of time,amount of bleeding,premature birth,the pelvic adhesions,uterine segment thickness,neonatal asphyxia,uterine resection rate,bladder injury,postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The operation time and the fetus out of time of observation group were significantly longer than those of control group,the uterine segment thickness of observation group was significantly thinner than control group,the amount of bleeding in observation group was significantly more than control group,the incidence of pelvic adhesions,postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage,uterine resection rate,neonatal asphyxia, bladder injury,premature birth and neonatal asphyxia in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation time of third cesarean section is long,the amount of bleeding in operation,and repeated cesarean section seriously affect the prognosis of mother and infant,the doctor should strictly control the indications for cesarean section in clinic to reduce the number of cesarean section.
