目的：通过多中心研究来探究法舒地尔对急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平变化的影响。方法：选取A院、B院、C院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死患者共96例，采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各48例。其中对照组给予常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用静脉点滴盐酸法舒地尔30 mg/次，2次/d，连续两周。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的血清中Hcy、CRP水平。结果：两组治疗后的血清中Hcy、CRP水平均明显低于治疗前，且试验组血清中Hcy、CRP水平均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：盐酸法舒地尔能够明显改善急性脑梗死患者血清中CRP水平和Hcy水平，改善患者的神经功能缺损，对临床具有指导意义，值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effects of Fasudil on the serum level of CRP and Hcy in acute cerebral infarction patients through the multicenter study.Method:96 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in neurology of A,B,C hospital were selected,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy.The experimental group was treated with intravenous drip of Fasudil hydrochloride 30 mg once a time on the basis of routine therapy,twice daily,lasted for two weeks. The serum level of CRP and Hcy between the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Result:The serum Hcy,CRP levels of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the serum Hcy,CRP levels in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Fasudil can obviously improve the serum level of CRP and Hcy in the patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve the patients’neurologic deficits,and has the guidance significance for clinical,is worth the clinical promotion.
