随着我国大学生就业出现史上就业困难季、就业最难季、就业更难季等词语，体现出我国大学生就业形势的严峻程度。在这种大背景下，以创业带动就业、鼓励创业成为了当前解决大学生就业困境的新选择。本文通过对当前我国大学生创业现状的分析，得出了我国大学生创业比例少、创业成功率低的若干原因，进而对促进我国大学生创业提出切实可行的建议和对策。

The advent of such expressions as difficult employment season,the most difficult employment season, and more difficult employment season in the history of college students' employ-ment, reflects the severity of the employment situation of gradu-ates in China. In this context, to guide and encourage employ-ment by entrepreneurship has become a new choice for the cur-rent employment predicament. Through the analysis of the cur-rent situation of college students' entrepreneurship in our country, this paper concludes some factors resulting in the low proportion of college students' entrepreneurship and the low proportion of its success, and then puts forwards some feasible suggestions and countermeasures to promote college students' entrepreneurship in China.
