当前高校主题团日活动形式多样，趣味性与实践性相结合，取得了良好的效果，同时也存在指导不足、形式较为简单、总结不够、质量不高等问题。要突破思维僵化模式、提高工作效率，可将团日活动与专业学习相结合，实现资源的有效配置，注意后期的思考与总结，实现“三步走”的团日活动工作模式。

Currently, theme Youth League activities in universi-ties are diversified in form with the combination of interest and practice, having achieved favorable effect, but meanwhile, some problems still exist, such as insufficient guidance, simple forms, insufficient summarization, low quality, etc. To break the rigid pattern of thinking and improve the efficiency of work, Youth League activities might be combined with professional learning to realize the effective distribution of resources. Besides, we should also pay attention to late-stage meditation and summarization in order to realize the "three-step" working pattern of Youth League activities.
