Based on analyzing the current situation of undergrad-uate exchanges and cultivation, this paper summarizes the main factors restricting inter-university exchanges at the present stage, and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to further regulate the inter-university exchanges and cultivation of undergraduate students, and improve the level of teaching af-fairs management and routine management in undergraduate ex-changes and cultivation.
