教育国际化是高等教育发展的趋势，积极推进学生国际交流是实现教育国际化的策略之一，高校在积极推进学生国际交流过程中不断发现问题，迫切需要管理者完善管理体制、确立人才培养意识、扩大宣传、建立丰富的奖学金政策等。本文以江苏大学为例，阐述在推进学生国际交流实践过程中得到的启示，并提出推进该项工作的可行性建议和发展思路，为高校推进学生国际交流工作提供借鉴和参考。

Internationalization is the trend of development of higher education, and promoting international exchange among stu-dents is one of strategies to realize internationalization. There are some problems in vigorously promoting international exchange a-mong students, which urge the managers to improve management system, establish consciousness of talent cultivation,expand the publicity,and establish abundant scholarship policy,etc. The au-thor takes Jiangsu University as an example, shares the experi-ence and enlightenments gained from the practice, and proposes feasible suggestions and direction of international exchange, which may provide meaningful references.
