本文结合本校生物类本科生实验课程教学现有水平，从教学内容、方法和考核手段等多方面对微生物发酵实验课程进行了改革和实践。主要包括增加设计性和综合性实验比例，综合运用“双师”授课、传学帮带、自主实验、分工协同等教学方式，增加基础考核和综合考核等考核方法。通过本实验教学改革，既提高了微生物发酵实验课的教学效果，又提升了学生的实践操作能力、团队协作精神和科学素养。
本文結閤本校生物類本科生實驗課程教學現有水平，從教學內容、方法和攷覈手段等多方麵對微生物髮酵實驗課程進行瞭改革和實踐。主要包括增加設計性和綜閤性實驗比例，綜閤運用“雙師”授課、傳學幫帶、自主實驗、分工協同等教學方式，增加基礎攷覈和綜閤攷覈等攷覈方法。通過本實驗教學改革，既提高瞭微生物髮酵實驗課的教學效果，又提升瞭學生的實踐操作能力、糰隊協作精神和科學素養。
본문결합본교생물류본과생실험과정교학현유수평，종교학내용、방법화고핵수단등다방면대미생물발효실험과정진행료개혁화실천。주요포괄증가설계성화종합성실험비례，종합운용“쌍사”수과、전학방대、자주실험、분공협동등교학방식，증가기출고핵화종합고핵등고핵방법。통과본실험교학개혁，기제고료미생물발효실험과적교학효과，우제승료학생적실천조작능력、단대협작정신화과학소양。
Combined with the present level of experiment teach-ing for biology majors in our college, this paper made a reform and practice from teaching contents, teaching methods and eval-uations methods for the experiment course of microbial fermenta-tion. The reform mainly includes increasing the proportion of de-sign-based and comprehensive experiments, comprehensively using "dual-quality teacher" instruction to guide students' au-tonomous and cooperative experiments, applying basic evaluation and comprehensive evaluation. The reform has not only improved the teaching effect of microbial fermentation experiments, but also improved students' practical ability, teamwork spirit and scientif-ic accomplishment.
