目的：对比分析齐拉西酮与利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2012年2月~2013年6月前来我院诊治的首发精神分裂症患者100例为研究对象，分为两组。结果经过一段时间的治疗后，对两组患者给予生活质量量表评分，发现观察组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组。结论对首发精神分裂症患者给予齐拉西酮治疗，不仅可以治疗患者病情，同时可提高患者的生活质量。
목적：대비분석제랍서동여리배동대수발정신분렬증환자생활질량적영향。방법선택2012년2월~2013년6월전래아원진치적수발정신분렬증환자100례위연구대상，분위량조。결과경과일단시간적치료후，대량조환자급여생활질량량표평분，발현관찰조환자적생활질량명현고우대조조。결론대수발정신분렬증환자급여제랍서동치료，불부가이치료환자병정，동시가제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To contrast analysis of ziprasidone and risperidone the influence of quality of life in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods In February 2012-June 2013 to come to our hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment,100 cases of patients with first-episode schizophrenia as the research object,is divided into two groups.Results After a period of treatment,given the quality of life in patients with two groups of rating scale,found the quality of life of patients with observation group was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion In patients with first-episode schizophrenia give ziprasidone treatment,not only can treat patients,at the same time can improve the life quality of patients.
