目的：分析哮喘患儿合理应用普米克令舒吸入治疗疗效与护理方法。方法针对我院从2012年5月~2014年6月收治186例小儿哮喘患者，对患者病历资料进行回顾性分析，并将其分为试验组和对照组，且每组都有93例患者，对照组患者采取常规西医药物治疗方法；试验组中患者结合病情，采取普米克令舒吸入治疗，并在临床中给予患者有效的护理干预，观察两组患者的临床治疗疗效。结果普米克令舒吸入治疗哮喘具有一定的可行性，对患者临床治疗中进行护理干预，可以很好改善患者临床病症，在两组患者中，试验组患者的临床治疗疗效要与对照组患者临床疗效相比较，试验组患者疗效更好，两组间差异有统计学意义，以(<0.05)表示。结论临床中，对于小儿哮喘患者进行治疗中，应该针对患者普米克令舒吸入治疗措施，并给予患者有效的护理干预治疗，较常规西医药物治疗具有更好的疗效，能够提高临床患者治病疗效，可以使得患者病情明显好转，值得在实际中推广。

목적：분석효천환인합리응용보미극령서흡입치료료효여호리방법。방법침대아원종2012년5월~2014년6월수치186례소인효천환자，대환자병력자료진행회고성분석，병장기분위시험조화대조조，차매조도유93례환자，대조조환자채취상규서의약물치료방법；시험조중환자결합병정，채취보미극령서흡입치료，병재림상중급여환자유효적호리간예，관찰량조환자적림상치료료효。결과보미극령서흡입치료효천구유일정적가행성，대환자림상치료중진행호리간예，가이흔호개선환자림상병증，재량조환자중，시험조환자적림상치료료효요여대조조환자림상료효상비교，시험조환자료효경호，량조간차이유통계학의의，이(<0.05)표시。결론림상중，대우소인효천환자진행치료중，응해침대환자보미극령서흡입치료조시，병급여환자유효적호리간예치료，교상규서의약물치료구유경호적료효，능구제고림상환자치병료효，가이사득환자병정명현호전，치득재실제중추엄。
Objective To analyze the asthmatic children reasonable application of Pulmicort Respules inhalation therapy and nursing method. Methods According to our hospital from 2012 May to 2014 June 186 cases of children with asthma, clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had 93 cases, the control methods of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine drug taken patients;patients with combination of test group, take Pulmicort Respules inhalation in the treatment of patients, and to give ef ective nursing intervention in clinical, curative ef ect observation of clinical treatment of the two groups of patients. Results Pulmicort Respules inhalation in the treatment of asthma is feasible, the nursing intervention in patients with clinical treatment, can improve clinical symptoms, in two groups of patients, therapeutic ef ect of test group compared with the control group of patients to clinical curative ef ect, bet er test group patients, there were statistical y significant dif erences in two between group, with ( <0.05) said. Conclusion Clinical for children with asthma treatment, should focus on the patients with Pulmicort Respules inhalation treatment measures, and give nursing intervention in patients with ef ective treatment, curative ef ect is bet er than the conventional western medicine treatment, can improve the clinical curative ef ects, can make patients improved obviously, is worthy to be popularized in practice.
