目的：探讨阿立哌唑在Ⅱ型精神分裂症的治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年1月收治的60例Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，使用随机数字列表将其分为研究组和对照组两组，每组各30例。对照组患者给予利培酮进行治疗，研究组患者给予阿立哌唑进行治疗，治疗6w，观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果研究组与对照组临床疗效对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组不良反应中锥体外系反应和体重增加反应明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采用阿立哌唑对Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者进行治疗，可以取得良好的临床疗效，并且锥体外系反应少，患者体重变化少，安全性也比较高，非常值得在临床上进行推广。
목적：탐토아립고서재Ⅱ형정신분렬증적치료중적림상효과。방법선취아원2013년1월~2014년1월수치적60례Ⅱ형정신분렬증환자작위연구대상，사용수궤수자렬표장기분위연구조화대조조량조，매조각30례。대조조환자급여리배동진행치료，연구조환자급여아립고서진행치료，치료6w，관찰량조환자적림상료효급불량반응。결과연구조여대조조림상료효대비，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；연구조불량반응중추체외계반응화체중증가반응명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론통과채용아립고서대Ⅱ형정신분렬증환자진행치료，가이취득량호적림상료효，병차추체외계반응소，환자체중변화소，안전성야비교고，비상치득재림상상진행추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ects of aripiprazole in type II schizophrenia therapy. Methods Our hospital in January 2013 ~ January 2014 treated 60 patients with type IIschizophrenic patients as research subjects, using a random list of numbers divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each. In the control group were treated with risperidone treatment, the study group were treated with aripiprazole treatment, 6 weeks of treatment, both groups of patients with clinical ef icacy and adverse reactions. Results The comparison of the clinical ef icacy of the study group and the control group, the dif erence was not statistical y significant ( >0.05);adverse reactions in the study group extrapyramidal reactions and weight gain was significantly lower than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion By using aripiprazole in patients with type II schizophrenia treatment, can achieve good clinical ef icacy and extrapyramidal reactions, patients weighing less change, security is relatively high, very worthwhile in clinical practice .
