目的：探讨动力髋螺钉钢板(DHS)和锁定钢板(LCP)治疗老龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法将86例股骨粗隆间骨折分为两组，分别采用DHS内固定29例，锁定钢板固定57例，评价两组患者术后髋关节功能。结果 LCP组总疗效优于DHS组，在治疗A1、A2型骨折类型上二者疗效差异无统计学意义，但在治疗A3型骨折时前者优于后者(<0.05)。结论 DHS和LCP是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的有效内固定方法，各有优缺点，后者在老年性股骨粗隆间骨折治疗上优于前者，对于A3型老年骨折应首选锁定钢板固定。
목적：탐토동력관라정강판(DHS)화쇄정강판(LCP)치료노령고골조륭간골절적료효。방법장86례고골조륭간골절분위량조，분별채용DHS내고정29례，쇄정강판고정57례，평개량조환자술후관관절공능。결과 LCP조총료효우우DHS조，재치료A1、A2형골절류형상이자료효차이무통계학의의，단재치료A3형골절시전자우우후자(<0.05)。결론 DHS화LCP시치료고골조륭간골절적유효내고정방법，각유우결점，후자재노년성고골조륭간골절치료상우우전자，대우A3형노년골절응수선쇄정강판고정。
Objective Discussion power hip bolt steel plate (DHS) and fixed steel plate (LCP) treats the old age thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture the curative ef ect. Methods 86 cases of femur intertrochanteric fractures are divided into 2 groups, with DHS internal fixation for 29 cases, respectively, and locked plate fixation in 57 cases, evaluation of the 2 groups of patients with postoperative hip function.Results Both on the type of treatment of type A1, A2, the dif erence was not statistical y significant, but in the A3 fracture treated the former bet er than the lat er ( <0.05). Conclusion LCP and DHS is ef ective treatment for femoral intertrochanteric fracture by internal fixation methods have their advantages and disadvantages, the lat er in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly than the former, for A3-type fracture of the elderly should be prefer ed locking plate fixation.
