目的：对云南省临沧市四种少数民族(傣族、拉祜族、佤族、傈僳族)特发性癫痫与编码电压门控钠离子通道α1亚单位基因与单核苷酸多态性相关性进行研究。方法运用时间飞行质谱法对SCN1A基因多态性位点进行检测。结果 SCN1A基因SNP位点rs121917930、s121918623、rs121918627在云南省临沧市四种少数民族中无多态性。 rs3812718位点，有明显的多态性。结论 SCN1A上的SNP位点的4个基因位点，除rs3812718在本实验人群中有明显的多态性，其余3个位点无多肽性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of SCN1A and epilepsia genuina of four peculiar minority nationalities including Dai, Lahu, Wa, and Lisu in Yunnan Province. Methods SNP sites of SCN1A, encoding alpha 1 subunit of Voltage gated sodium channel, were dectected by time of flight mass spectrography (TOFMS). Results SNP sites of SCN1A, including rs121917930, rs121918623, rs121918627, did not demonstrated obvious polymorphism distribution among the four peculiar minority nationalities in Yunnan Province. Rs3812718 site showed obvious polymorphism. Conclution Expect for rs3812718, no obvious polymorphism was found in other 3 SNP sites of in the four peculiar minorities (Dai,Lahu,Wa, andLisu) in this study.
