目的探讨剖宫产切口感染的手术室因素及预防对策，以降低手术室感染的风险。方法通过对手术室人员管理、环镜管理、手卫生管理、皮肤消毒管理、和清洁工素质培养等有可能导致手术室感染风险的因素进行干预。结果通过对手术室感染的危险因素采取干预措施，建立和完善了消毒隔离制度及工作措施，提高了医务人员和清洁工对感染风险的防范意识，自觉尊守和执行各项规章制度，有效控制了手术室感染的发生。结论预防手术室感染与降低剖宫产切口感染率有密切的关系，加强培训与管理，严格执行各项规章制度是预防医院感染发生的关健。

목적탐토부궁산절구감염적수술실인소급예방대책，이강저수술실감염적풍험。방법통과대수술실인원관리、배경관리、수위생관리、피부소독관리、화청길공소질배양등유가능도치수술실감염풍험적인소진행간예。결과통과대수술실감염적위험인소채취간예조시，건립화완선료소독격리제도급공작조시，제고료의무인원화청길공대감염풍험적방범의식，자각존수화집행각항규장제도，유효공제료수술실감염적발생。결론예방수술실감염여강저부궁산절구감염솔유밀절적관계，가강배훈여관리，엄격집행각항규장제도시예방의원감염발생적관건。
Objective To study the operating room of cesarean section incision infection factors and prevention countermeasures,in order to reduce the risk of operating room infection.Methods Through to the operating room personnel management,environment management,hand hygiene management,skin disinfection,cleaning quality and could lead to the operating room infection risk factor intervention. Results In the operating room are risk factors intervention,disinfection and isolation system and the establishing and perfecting the work measures to improve the medical staf and cleaners to infection risk awareness,consciously observe and implement each rules and regulations,ef ective control of the operating room infection.Conclusion To prevent operating room infection and reduce cesarean section incision infection rate has a close relationship,strengthen the training and management,strictly implement the rules and regulations is the key to prevent hospital infection.
