目的：观察氢氧化钙甲硝唑碘仿糊剂在对有瘘管根管封药治疗期间的疗效。方法选择有瘘管的死髓牙，有保留价值的残根，残冠136颗。试验组68颗，应用氢氧化钙甲硝唑碘仿糊剂封药；对比组68颗，用樟脑酚或丁香油开放，对比两组的治疗效果。结果试验组瘘管消除或减小率97.1%，对比组67.6%；差异比较明显。结论对有瘘管发生的慢性根尖周炎，氢氧化钙甲硝唑碘仿糊剂有明显治愈作用。

목적：관찰경양화개갑초서전방호제재대유루관근관봉약치료기간적료효。방법선택유루관적사수아，유보류개치적잔근，잔관136과。시험조68과，응용경양화개갑초서전방호제봉약；대비조68과，용장뇌분혹정향유개방，대비량조적치료효과。결과시험조루관소제혹감소솔97.1%，대비조67.6%；차이비교명현。결론대유루관발생적만성근첨주염，경양화개갑초서전방호제유명현치유작용。
Objective To observe the curative treatment of calcium hydroxide during metronidazole iodoform paste root canal fistula closure drugs.Methods Have fistula dead dental pulp,has retained value residual root and crown 136.Test group 68,the application of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste closure drug metronidazole;comparison group of 68,treatment with phenocamphor open or clove oil, compared to the two groups.Results The test group to eliminate or reduce the fistula rate was 97.1%,compared to 67.6%in the group;dif erence more obvious.Conclusion Fistula occurring chronic apical calcium hydroxide iodoform paste metronidazole significantly ef ect a cure.
