目的：调查强直性脊柱炎患者服药不依从行为的原因。方法采用质性研究中现象学分析法，对12例因自行停药导致疾病复发的强直性脊柱炎患者进行深度的半结构式访谈，并用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行分析。结果对疾病认识不足、对药物不良反应不安、坚持用药存在困难、经济与医疗保障状况不佳等是导致患者自行停药的主要原因。结论医生应该强化患者必须坚持长期治疗，社区应当扩大强直性脊柱炎疾病知识的宣传范围，并加强宣传力度，使患者和家属正确认识疾病，从而使治疗依从性得到提高。
목적：조사강직성척주염환자복약불의종행위적원인。방법채용질성연구중현상학분석법，대12례인자행정약도치질병복발적강직성척주염환자진행심도적반결구식방담，병용Colaizzi분석법대자료진행분석。결과대질병인식불족、대약물불량반응불안、견지용약존재곤난、경제여의료보장상황불가등시도치환자자행정약적주요원인。결론의생응해강화환자필수견지장기치료，사구응당확대강직성척주염질병지식적선전범위，병가강선전력도，사환자화가속정학인식질병，종이사치료의종성득도제고。
Objective To investigate the cause of ankylosing spondylitis patients with medication non adherence behavior.Methods Using the phenomenon in qualitative study method,12 patients with self withdrawal leads to semi structure of disease recur ence in patients with ankylosing spondylitis in-depth interviews,and the analysis of data using Colaizzi analysis.Results The lack of knowledge on the disease,anxiety,theadverse drug reaction to dif iculties,use economic and medical security condition are the main causes resulting in the withdrawal itself.Conclusion The doctor should strengthen the patients must adhere to long-term treatment, community should expand the knowledge of disease of ankylosing spondylitis publicity scope, and strengthen the propaganda, so that patients and their families to make a cor ect understanding of the disease, treatment compliance is improved.
