目的探讨先天性耳前瘘管感染期的治疗及手术时机的选择。方法对我院2011年1月~2013年7月共38例感染期患者进行手术治疗后的疗效分析。结果38例均治愈,术后观察随访1年以上无复发。结论先天性耳前瘘管脓肿切开引流后3~5d,行耳前瘘管切除术,术后配合海特光治疗,是治疗耳前瘘管较佳的治疗方法。

목적탐토선천성이전루관감염기적치료급수술시궤적선택。방법대아원2011년1월~2013년7월공38례감염기환자진행수술치료후적료효분석。결과38례균치유,술후관찰수방1년이상무복발。결론선천성이전루관농종절개인류후3~5d,행이전루관절제술,술후배합해특광치료,시치료이전루관교가적치료방법。
Objective To explore the treatment of congenital fistula infection period before the ear and on the timing of surgery.Methods In our hospital between January 2011 and July 2011,a total of 38 cases of infection after surgery in patients with curative ef ect analysis.Results 38 cases were cured,and postoperative observation were fol owed up for more than a year without recur ence.Conclusion The congenital ear before fistula abscess incision drainage,3 to 5 days after ear before fistula resection,postoperative cooperate hite light therapy,treatment is ear before fistula bet er treatments.
