目的对我院无偿献血者ALT的筛查结果进行回顾性分析。方法对2005年1月~2012年12月来我院的165566名无偿献血者进行速率法的ALT检测,分别按年份、性别、年龄的情况进行统计分析。结果8年间,ALT总阳性率为6.47%,2010年阳性率最低(5.21%),2012年最高(7.76%)；男性的ALT阳性率(6.90%)远大于女性(2.46%)；18~25岁ALT阳性率为最低(4.55%),36~45岁最高(9.44%)。结论 ALT的不合格率有性别和年龄的倾向性,有针对性地选择献血员,建立稳定的献血队伍,有助于减少血液的报废率。
目的對我院無償獻血者ALT的篩查結果進行迴顧性分析。方法對2005年1月~2012年12月來我院的165566名無償獻血者進行速率法的ALT檢測,分彆按年份、性彆、年齡的情況進行統計分析。結果8年間,ALT總暘性率為6.47%,2010年暘性率最低(5.21%),2012年最高(7.76%)；男性的ALT暘性率(6.90%)遠大于女性(2.46%)；18~25歲ALT暘性率為最低(4.55%),36~45歲最高(9.44%)。結論 ALT的不閤格率有性彆和年齡的傾嚮性,有針對性地選擇獻血員,建立穩定的獻血隊伍,有助于減少血液的報廢率。
목적대아원무상헌혈자ALT적사사결과진행회고성분석。방법대2005년1월~2012년12월래아원적165566명무상헌혈자진행속솔법적ALT검측,분별안년빈、성별、년령적정황진행통계분석。결과8년간,ALT총양성솔위6.47%,2010년양성솔최저(5.21%),2012년최고(7.76%)；남성적ALT양성솔(6.90%)원대우녀성(2.46%)；18~25세ALT양성솔위최저(4.55%),36~45세최고(9.44%)。결론 ALT적불합격솔유성별화년령적경향성,유침대성지선택헌혈원,건립은정적헌혈대오,유조우감소혈액적보폐솔。
Objective To analyze retrospectively on results of ALT screening of volunteer blood donation in our hospital during 2005 to 2012.Methods The ALT detections were performed on 165566 volunteer blood donors in our hospital using micro-velocity method since January 2005 to December 2012.Year group,sex group and age group were analyzed respectively by SPSS software.Results The total positive rate of ALT was 6.47%during 8 years.Among years,the lowest was 5.21%in 2010 and the highest was 7.76%in 2012.Positive rate of ALT in male was much higher than that in females.In age group,the positive rate of ALT was lowest between 18 and 25 and the highest was between 36 and 45.Conclusion The fraction defective of ALT showed a trend to sex and age.Selecting and fixing blood donors was beneficial to decrease the blood rejection.
