目的观察小剂量甲基强的松龙对肺功能的影响在儿童哮喘急性发作。方法急性哮喘患儿90例，随机分为两组，观察组40例，对照组50例。观察组静脉注射甲基强的松龙，对照组地塞米松组，治疗前和治疗后肺功能测定，不良反应的儿童在治疗观察。结果两组治疗前、后的肺功能的药物的应用有明显改善(<0.01)，观察组肺功能恢复明显优于对照组(<0.01)。结论小剂量甲基强的松龙在小儿哮喘急性发作中的应用。能迅速控制哮喘发作，改善肺功能，副作用小。

목적관찰소제량갑기강적송룡대폐공능적영향재인동효천급성발작。방법급성효천환인90례，수궤분위량조，관찰조40례，대조조50례。관찰조정맥주사갑기강적송룡，대조조지새미송조，치료전화치료후폐공능측정，불량반응적인동재치료관찰。결과량조치료전、후적폐공능적약물적응용유명현개선(<0.01)，관찰조폐공능회복명현우우대조조(<0.01)。결론소제량갑기강적송룡재소인효천급성발작중적응용。능신속공제효천발작，개선폐공능，부작용소。
Objective To observe the ef ect of L low-dose methylprednisolone on pulmonary function in children of acute at ack of asthma. Methods 90 cases of children with acute asthma, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 40 cases, 50 cases in the control group. The observation group intravenous methylprednisolone, dexamethasone group, before treatment and after treatment in the determination of pulmonary function, adverse reactions were observed during the treatment of children. Results The two groups before and after the application of drugs for pulmonary function were improved significantly ( <0.01), the observation group pulmonary function recovery was bet er than the control group ( <0.01). Conclusion The application of smal doses intravenous drip methylprednisolone in acute asthma in children. Can quickly control of asthma, improve lung function, smal side ef ect.
