目的分析探讨胃镜下息肉切除术在胃息肉、十二指肠球部息肉治疗中的临床应用价值。方法回顾2010年~2013年胃息肉切除病例80例临床资料，结合近年来文献资料，综述胃镜下息肉切除术的新进展。结果一次性完全切除74例(92.5%)；分两次手术6例(7.5%)。重度不典型增生9例(11.25%)，中度不典型增生19例(23.75%)，单纯腺瘤21例(26.25%)，非腺瘤性息肉31例(38.75%)。术前病理与术后病理对照相符者71例，占88.75%，不相符者占12.25%。所有病例均未发生大出血或穿孔等严重并发症，有14例切除后出现少量渗血。结论内镜下黏膜切除术已经成为一项成熟、安全的技术方法。

목적분석탐토위경하식육절제술재위식육、십이지장구부식육치료중적림상응용개치。방법회고2010년~2013년위식육절제병례80례림상자료，결합근년래문헌자료，종술위경하식육절제술적신진전。결과일차성완전절제74례(92.5%)；분량차수술6례(7.5%)。중도불전형증생9례(11.25%)，중도불전형증생19례(23.75%)，단순선류21례(26.25%)，비선류성식육31례(38.75%)。술전병리여술후병리대조상부자71례，점88.75%，불상부자점12.25%。소유병례균미발생대출혈혹천공등엄중병발증，유14례절제후출현소량삼혈。결론내경하점막절제술이경성위일항성숙、안전적기술방법。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of treatment of gastroscope polyps resection in the gastric polyps and duodenal bulb polyps. Methods Back in 2010 ~ 2010 cases of gastric polyps in 80 cases of clinical data. Combined with the literature in recent years, reviewed the new progress of polyps resection under gastroscope. Results 74 cases were resected total y disposable (92.5%);Two surgeries and 6 cases (7.5%).Severe atypical hyperplasia, 9 cases (11.25%), moderate dysplasia in 19 (23.75%), simple adenoma 21 cases (26.25%), 31 cases of adenomatous polyp (38.75%).Preoperative and postoperative pathologic comparison in 71 cases, accounting for 88.75%, is not consistent with what is 12.25%. Al cases are not serious complications such as bleeding or perforation, 14 cases of a smal amount of bleeding after resection. Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection has become a mature, safety technical methods.
