目的：研究血清miR-155与COPD患者血清炎性因子和反映COPD疾病严重程度的肺功能指标的相关性，明确血清miR-155在COPD患者中临床意义。方法COPD患者入选78例，其中根据病情分为2组：稳定期组和急性加重期组，其中稳定期组41例，急性加重期组37例。另选取健康对照组30例。检测血清miR-155的表达水平，比较各组上述指标的差异；分析血清miR-155水平与肺功能的相关性。结果正常对照组miR-155血清中相对于U6内参的表达为(8.31±2.67）×10-6；而在COPD稳定期组患者血清中的表达为(2.41±1.67）×10-5，显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.05）；在COPD急性加重期患者血清中的表达为(5.21±1.87）×10-5，显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.05）和COPD稳定期组患者(P＜0.05）。结论血清miR-155表达水平与COPD患者的急性期发作、气道阻塞的程度及疾病的进展有关。
목적：연구혈청miR-155여COPD환자혈청염성인자화반영COPD질병엄중정도적폐공능지표적상관성，명학혈청miR-155재COPD환자중림상의의。방법COPD환자입선78례，기중근거병정분위2조：은정기조화급성가중기조，기중은정기조41례，급성가중기조37례。령선취건강대조조30례。검측혈청miR-155적표체수평，비교각조상술지표적차이；분석혈청miR-155수평여폐공능적상관성。결과정상대조조miR-155혈청중상대우U6내삼적표체위(8.31±2.67）×10-6；이재COPD은정기조환자혈청중적표체위(2.41±1.67）×10-5，현저고우정상대조조(P＜0.05）；재COPD급성가중기환자혈청중적표체위(5.21±1.87）×10-5，현저고우정상대조조(P＜0.05）화COPD은정기조환자(P＜0.05）。결론혈청miR-155표체수평여COPD환자적급성기발작、기도조새적정도급질병적진전유관。
