目的：对自体颅骨骨微粒一期种植术治疗创伤性颅骨缺损的效果进行研究分析。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的62例创伤性颅骨缺损患者，根据治疗方法的不同将其分为治疗组和对照组，均31例，治疗组自体颅骨骨微粒一期种植术，对照组采用常规治疗。对比两组患者二期修复情况、并发症发生情况及住院费用。结果：治疗组二期修复率及并发症发生率显著低于对照组，总住院费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在治疗创伤性颅骨缺损疾病临床上自体颅骨骨微粒一期种植术效果显著，避免了二次手术，降低了术后并发症，减轻患者经济负担，对患者术后康复有显著的促进作用，值得在临床中推广。
목적：대자체로골골미립일기충식술치료창상성로골결손적효과진행연구분석。방법：선취필자소재의원수치적62례창상성로골결손환자，근거치료방법적불동장기분위치료조화대조조，균31례，치료조자체로골골미립일기충식술，대조조채용상규치료。대비량조환자이기수복정황、병발증발생정황급주원비용。결과：치료조이기수복솔급병발증발생솔현저저우대조조，총주원비용현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：재치료창상성로골결손질병림상상자체로골골미립일기충식술효과현저，피면료이차수술，강저료술후병발증，감경환자경제부담，대환자술후강복유현저적촉진작용，치득재림상중추엄。
Objective:To analyze the effect of autologous skull bone particles issue of planting in the treatment of traumatic skull defect.Method:62 patients with traumatic skull defect in our hospitalwere selected,and then divided them into the treatment group and the control group according to the different methods of treatment,31 cases in each group,the treatment group was treated with autologous skull bone particles issue of planting,the control group was treated with conventional therapy.Thesecondary implantation,complications and hospitalization costs were compared.Result:Thesecondary implantation and complications rate of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,the total hospitalization cost was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of traumatic skull defect treated with autologous skull bone particles issue of planting is remarkable,which avoids the second operation and reduces the postoperative complications of patients,so that reduces the economic burden of patients,and postoperative rehabilitation of patient shows a significant promote,worthy of popularization in clinical.
