介绍糖尿病病人知识掌握情况的测评工具及糖尿病病人健康知识水平现状，指出目前我国糖尿病病人健康管理知识的掌握情况欠佳，建议加强对病人的健康教育强度及频次，给予病人有针对性的个体化的指导，提高病人的糖尿病知识水平，纠正病人在自我管理中存在的误区，提高病人的自我管理水平，达到控制病情发展、减少并发症、促进病人康复、提高病人生活质量的目的。

It introduced the assessment tools of the knowledge’s grasp-ing state and the status quo of health knowledge level of patients with di-abetes mellitus.It pointed out the current grasping state of patients with diabetes mellitus on health management knowledge in China was not good enough,it suggested to strengthen the intensity and frequency of pa-tients’health education,give patients the targeted individual guidance, improve the diabetes knowledge level of patients,correct patients’misun-derstanding in self management and improve the self management level of patients,so as to control the progression of the disease,reduce the com-plications,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve patients’ quality of life.
