目的:探讨高血压缺血性脑卒中患者颅内动脉狭窄与血压变异性的相关性。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的高血压合并缺血性脑卒中患者,采用CTA检查颅内动脉进行检查。根据检查结果将患者分为无狭窄的对照组和有狭窄的观察组。监测并比较两组患者的血压变异情况,主要指标有24 h收缩压和舒张压标准差、白天收缩压和舒张压标准差、夜间收缩压和舒张压标准差。结果:24 h收缩压标准差和白天舒张压标准差与颅内动脉狭窄呈正相关,而白天收缩压标准差与颅内动脉狭窄呈负相关,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血压变异性中24 h收缩压标准差、白天收缩压标准差和白天舒张压标准差是高血压脑卒中患者颅内动脉狭窄的关键因素。

목적:탐토고혈압결혈성뇌졸중환자로내동맥협착여혈압변이성적상관성。방법:선취필자소재의원수치적고혈압합병결혈성뇌졸중환자,채용CTA검사로내동맥진행검사。근거검사결과장환자분위무협착적대조조화유협착적관찰조。감측병비교량조환자적혈압변이정황,주요지표유24 h수축압화서장압표준차、백천수축압화서장압표준차、야간수축압화서장압표준차。결과:24 h수축압표준차화백천서장압표준차여로내동맥협착정정상관,이백천수축압표준차여로내동맥협착정부상관,비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:혈압변이성중24 h수축압표준차、백천수축압표준차화백천서장압표준차시고혈압뇌졸중환자로내동맥협착적관건인소。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the hypertensive ischemic stroke patient’s with intracranial arterial stenosis and correlation blood pressure variability.Method:Hypertension and ischemic stroke patients were selected in our hospital,the intracranial arteries were checked by CTA. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to test results. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment,such as 24 h systolic and diastolic blood pressure standard deviation,daytime systolic and diastolic blood pressure standard deviation,standard deviation nighttime systolic and diastolic blood pressure and so on.Result:24 h systolic blood pressure standard deviation and daytime diastolic blood pressure were positively correlated with intracranial arterial stenosis standard deviation,and daytime systolic blood pressure standard deviation was negatively correlated with intracranial arterial stenosis,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:24 h systolic blood pressure variability in the standard deviation,standard deviation daytime systolic and diastolic blood pressure standard deviation during the day is a key factor for hypertension in stroke patients with intracranial arterial stenosis.
